Wells Electrical have a carried-out maintenance at Dennison Trailers for over 10 years. We have completed monthly emergency light tests, PAT Testing, fixed wire testing and general operational maintenance, working in a way to allow production to continue in the factory.
As a result of our work Dennison requested that Wells Electrical were the electrical contractor used to complete the electrical installation for their new factory. This involved a bespoke individually specified control panel, cabling to electricity North West transformer, sub-main distribution, lighting, emergency lighting, small power, fire alarm and cable containment.

We secured contracts with Vinci because of recommendations and a long-established reputation for providing excellent service. Our skilled engineers are able to attend sites and resolve issues negating the need for return visits. We pride ourselves on being able to resolve call outs on our first visit.
Work carried out has included EICR fixed wire testing at sites throughout the UK, thermal image reports, reactive maintenance and fault finding.

We have been part of their expansion plans throughout the UK and have worked on more than 100 sites including 3 warehouses.

Wells Electrical continues to work on the electrical fit-out of stores across the UK. This work has included lighting, power, fire alarm, emergency lighting, cable containment, mechanical control cabling, data cabling metering and CCTV.

Most outlets are located in popular out-of-town retail parks and average 16,000 square feet spread across two levels, with the electrical fit-out done in eight weeks.

Through our professionalism attention to detail and expert knowledge we have also secured work maintaining and upgrading stores.
